Attempted to upgrade to 9.9.5. Upgrade completed but cant connect to server. Service shows as running. Attempted to reinstall 9.9.0 no change. In system tray client shows status for server as not connected.

And yes this failure did occur the one time I did not take a backup of the visualcron folder.
