Hi,

Herewith the message received when downloading the files :

image.png

I've tried to manually set pipeline length and blocksize, but it doesn't help.
Using Filezilla, the downloads are working fine and the files are complete.

Many thanks in advance for your help.

something is wrong. Either the error log is bogus or there is something else setup because the top line looks like you are trying to download a file from
ppreports/outgoing/ to 😨 but the bottom line shows it trying to create ppreports/outgoing/BKP

Do you have something else configured in the job? Any idea why it would try to create a 'BKP' folder?

Again, the output is not always truthful so this might not be helpful

try these settings (assuming you want sftp/ssh)

Hi,
Could you try downloading our latest version and see if you can reproduce that error output?

Hi,
in the meantime, I've upgraded VC to 9.9.6
I cannot reproduce the error message (no output error), but the files are still downloaded empty.
Thanks in advance for your suggestions regarding this issue

Hey, any resolution to this? I'm having the same problem, I've tried adjusting Pipeline, block size etc but nothing helps.
This is happening to me on 9.9.8 and 9.9.12
