Question about the output of a task called Email-Get messages

In settings at output you can select Show mail headers and some options are shown.

My question is what is ID in this ?
is it the messages ID is it the mailbox ID ?
when comparing to an other task or job the output of ID is the same.

i looked in to the system files and help but i cant find the answer there.

The ID should be the unique ID each and every email has.

Sadly it isnt unique

this is the output ID for every email.

So without the header selected you get a real unique ID?

It solved..

I put a some of those id's next to each other again cleaned my glasses and i saw in the difference in the last 6 characters

for example.

And its for every email and email box the same.

What if you only have ID and nothing else? I can not reproduce your issue. Please try another email just to double check. Also do a "List" test in the task , if you have ID checked it should show the email ID's in the list of the get messages task

Just an email - get messages task with every single option on default. What happens if you do that and then press the test button?
