We have one server install. Users and admins are running client software on their own workstations to access VC.

We update the server to latest version regularly, and send out a notice to users to update their client.

Here is the problem. Client will always report "you have the latest version" when they don't. We are running 9.9.10 server, and clients running older versions can't download updates through the software.

Please fix this or provide an alternate way through the client to access the latest version.
