We use VisualCron at my work and I am trying to have a job run as a MSA but I keep getting errors. I have confirmed that the account is installed on the visualcron server and I can run a Test-ServiceAccount command from the server and it returns True. The issue is when I try to create the account credentials in VisualCron when I try to test it tells me "Impersonation error: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password" and when I try to run a job with the credentials I get "Could not start process as another user. The username, password or domain was incorrect". Is there a fix for this or a setting I need to change to get it to work?

Please try the latest version (9.9.12) - if it doesn't work, send us an email to support@visualcron.com and describe the issue in detail there.

We have documentation on this now:

Press F1 in the client and then search for gMSA
