I've built the simplest of jobs that uses a Box folder, filters for files modified within the last two days and attempts to download the results to a specific destination folder that lives on a Windows file server. I've tested the Cloud Data filter and the result is the one file that I'm expecting. When I run the job, I can see the expected file get copied to the destination folder. However the job continues to run for over an hour before reporting a failure at the job level despite the task showing Success. What the heck is going on? I've attempted to Stop the job with no luck and have even implemented a 5 minute timeout both at the job and task level with similar results. Is there a known issue with the Cloud download task that I should be aware of? FWIW, we're on v9.9.12 I think of the client/server sw. Thanks!
