Changing default admin password - VisualCron

I am unable to change the default admin password for VC server. I receive a message 'User account already exists' when I try to change the password using the 'User Permissions' menu.

1. which version of client and server are you using?
2. are you connecting locally and do this?

We tested this in latest version and could not reproduce.

We are using version 5.3.1

Yes, I am using the VC client in the server to make the changes.

I receive a message "User account already exists' when I try to change password. There was a copy of the default admin account created. I could reset the password after removing the backup admin account.
