Can you let me know how I go about creating new groups, other than the Default Group, as I would like you have my jobs grouped under different logical groups.

thanks

Just change the text box Group on main Job edit window.

You can also right click on the Group to rename - how would you like it more intuitive?

Rename - right click on group

Create new group - just change the group name in Main settings of a Job

ok. It worked.
But I will agree with previous poster. It is not very intuitive if you want to create a new group.
I couldn't agree more in trying to change it in some next version.
Visualcron is very useful and much promising.
Thank you in advance

About creating new groups. The reason why it is this way is by design. We did not think it was necessary to start saving Groups as an own entitity and instead we only use Group as a property on Jobs. This way, a group must exist in a Job in order to exist at all = you cannot create a group first, you need to create the Job first in order for a new group to exist. That is why we can't add a "Create new group" button.

So, if this should be changed we must change the way we store groups which will create changes everywhere including exporting and importing settings. For this reason, we do not think it is worth changing right now.

Ah ha! Typing in the new group name auto-magically adds the group. I was looking for a New Group button or some such.
