Most of the way through the install a prompt appears asking me to locate the VisualCron.msi file and defaults the Browse location to [username]/temp/2/VisualCron3/VisualCron.msi. I found the file in a different user's temp directory (defaulted location had username of person who originally installed the software), but the directory was temp/1/VisualCron3/VisualCron.msi (instead of temp/2/VisualCron3). The prompt thinks for a minute but then just reappears.
Next I tried to uninstall 5.3.1 completely but I run into the same issue, so I can't even uninstall and start from scratch. Any ideas?
