We have multiple machines running NaviCron. Is there a way to set up email notification for when a scheduled task did not run? for example, machine was down at the scheduled time.

Is there a way to change the default log file location? I would like to have all log files go to a network share so that it's easy to see what all the machines are doing. The Client Settings window shows the log file location but does not allow to change it.

If you are using a later version you have the VisualCron Trigger which contains a "Job missed" event. You can use that.

You can't change the debug location right now. We will improve logging soon.
