I noticed the function is almost similar to AD Manager, and I also do not understand its function when used as a task scheduler. I can get a little explanation for implementation..?

There could be various of uses. Perhaps you want to get information about one or more objects, let say, get email addresses for your users and later mail to all of your users.

What can be made into as a triger, "such as conditions disable or enable the user status on AD" as a triger to do a job??

I am not sure I understand the sentence. You want a Trigger on what AD event?
