Hi,

We have been given a .pub and a .ppk file to use to connect to a SFTP.

I can see the option for selecting the private key file but nowhere for the public key file?

authentication type is "Public key" but it only says select private key file?

You only need to use the private key along with password in the authentication tab.

Thanks Henrik,

We have another SFTP site which we are connecting to with just a username and password.. in a client such as FTPRush it works fine but in VisualCron we get Connection failed (error code is 10060).

10060 is a general error code which means either wrong dnsname, ip or port. Perhaps a firewall blocking issue as well. Either way it is a connection problem.
