After click [Next] to instll visualcron 5.75 on wndows 2008R2 sp1 (with latest patch and dotnet4), the following error occur:
[Unable toexecute the required file: The following system error hs occurred: the directory name is invalid (267)]
But I do not have error if I try to install old version 5.69

We tested this now on Windows 2008 R2 Standard edition (not SP1) though without a problem.
Are you using Standard edition?
Could you explain where in the installation steps you get this error an add a screenshot?

Yes, It is windows 2008 R2 standard with SP1 and latest ms patch.
Once I click [Next] on first install steps, it show the error messages.
