Guys we have a requirement to run a service every month based on business days, the exact requirement is last business day less 3 days, what is the easier way to do this?

Is it as easy as starting and stopping the service or is there more to it than that?

BTW: I have found that a powershell script run locally is much more reliable, for starting and stopping a service, than using the task in VC. Might be the network
