I just upgraded from 9.3.0 to 9.4.5 and now the user interface is almost unusable. It looks like some sort of scaling issue. My local machine is running a High DPI display, but I'm accessing this server over RDP. Screenshots attached for reference.

If anyone else runs into this, the problem was related to the macOS RDP client. When I unchecked "Optimize for Retina displays" under the connection's Display properties, the problem went away.

Joel,

I had the same issue....
I have changed the compatibility options for High DPI.
It is a work around, not a fix however it does the job for me.

I agree it's not an ideal fix. Even with this setting, the fonts render at a slightly odd scale. Hopefully VC can fix this in a future release. Thanks for letting me know I'm not alone 🙂

Hi Joel,

Please try our latest 9.5.0 build and let us know if it works better there. Note, this beta build has several new icons that isn't working yet (ROI etc) in preparation for upcoming features. https://www.visualcron.c...aspx?g=Posts&t=10157

The scaling/DPI issues seem to be resolved, but I also noticed the same issue where the maximized window is just slightly bleeding out past the window frame.

Version 9.5.0 (Beta) also has an issue with the output.

No crlf anymore...

See att.

Another thing is when using a JSON Filter u get these options:
JSON.png
You first have to put the check on the Variable/Value, select or fill this in.
After that put the selection mark to JSONPath of JQ, that he selection mark disappears on the Variable/Value.
This way it looks like it is not selected....

Your last issue we've fixed in our latest 9.5.0 beta build,

Your first issue on job variable, can you reproduce it if you delete/recreate job variable?

Recreating does the same.
To reproduce.
Go to a job that has a variable click on the bottom left on "Variables"
Than go to the "ViscualCron variables --> Active Job --> Job variables" and click on the variable, than you will see a weird behaviour.
When you do not go to the "Active Job" but go to the Job itself and than click on the Job Variable it is ok.

Issue still persists when hovering over a value of a variable.
