Hello, I am also experiencing a recurring issue with the VisualCron FTP Download Task.

Every now and then, the VisualCron FTP download finishes successfully, but some files are downloaded without their content (and are left at 0 KB).

Here's a screenshot showing a folder with files after a VisualCron FTP download. Those files you see with a size of 0 KB were definitely NOT 0 KB in the source FTP site:

We are using VisualCron 9.8.0. Does anyone know of a resolution for this?
