Hi,

last week we had big problems with our network (hardware failure) - and later we saw, that some jobs in VC are gone.
My guess is that the jobs were active when the network error occurred and that may have corrupted the jobs.
We recovered all via the VC-Backup.
But we don't know why this happened.
Any ideas?

How can we avoid it? (Cluster-Installation?)

Please create a ticket with this issue and send it to support@visualcron.com, as we are preparing to close down this section of the forums. So all technical issues are best (and fastest) solved via email tickets.

Also, this is an issue that happened under extremely rare conditions and has been sorted in newer versions.
