I am unable to view logs from the US server from my UK PC. When I remote control the server I can retrieve the logs. I have checked that the filters are set properly. US PCs can see the server logs -- presumably because they are in the same time zone. What can be done to get this working?

Is it possible for us to connect to that Server from here to debug this? If so, please send connection settings to

I'm afraid it isn't possible. I have also discovered that the log will receive current events while it is open, but still won't display other events. Does this help?

What do you mean by "other" events - you mean older?

Yes. While open on my PC, the log window will receive events, however when opened it will not load previous events that have happened the same day. The events are loaded correctly if I log onto the server remotely and click show log.

The window is limited to 1000 events at it is now. We will probably change this soon.

I have just changed my workstation timezone to match the server's. The log now works normally. Can this issue be fixed in a future release?

Ok, I did not know that it was a time zone issue. Yes, we will mark this as a bug. Thank you.
