VC is currently a 32bit version.
However, Windows versions are now all 64bits, and this poses more and more problems in everyday life
* Incompatibility with certain video drivers when using multi-screens, mouse movements are jerky when VC is active and become fluid again when VC is closed.
* incompatibility with tools used on the workstation for example Greenshot, AutoHotKeys
* for database access via ODBC (MySQL for example), it is necessary to redefine an access via the 32bits version of the ODBC driver
