They deleted our old perpetual license (expired in 2020) from our account, causing our version 8.5.0 to crash three times a day.
All to find out that the version we should be able to update to, which is ver 9.2.0 also is deleted.
Also they sent me a mail with a follow up on our "trial".
It all happened around 2nd/3rd of August.
Dont know if they're trying to lure old customers into getting a subscription license.
