Been trying for days to contact support and have not received a response. What has happened to the support with this company? I have a server that has been down for weeks and I finally get the resources to bring it back online and I can't get any support from Visual Cron for activation. Has anyone else had this issue?

They finally returned our email and we are now up and running, but the process takes to long.
