I get a timeout error when submitting a support request via the "Contact Us" page.

Can someone review?

I am also not able to get password reset emails, which is what i was going to open ticket on. Assuming it might be related.

Thank you for bringing the contact form issue to our attention, I have let our internal team know about this error. The resolution of this error should also resolve the password reset issue.
