Changes in 5.5.6

[FEATURE] Server: Added SNMP Tasks: Get, Get Next, Get Bulk, Walk and Set
[FEATURE] Client/Server: Added Variables for files downloaded/uploaded for FTP Task
[FEATURE] Client/Server: Added Variables for files copied for Copy files Task
[FEATURE] Client/Server: Added PrevTask Variable
[FEATURE] Client/Server: Added comma for line break in SQL Task (output)
[BUGFIX] Server: Fixed a COM problem with the SSIS Execute Task

We would like your feedback regarding handling Variables that contain, for example, a lot of files. We have one idea that we could add a field to all Tasks that has a File Filter. Instead of specifying folder path you could specify a Variable that contains, for example, the paths to all files downloaded. This would create a loop for handling all these files on Tasks that have a file filter in it. What do you think?

The new features in 5.5.6 related to variables hopefully address some of the challenges I have shared in other threads. I have downloaded and installed this new version in the hopes of finding out.

I don't see the FTP variables that you mention.
Please point me in the right direction so I can try this out.

Thank you

They are located under the Result node of that FTP Task.

I looked carefully at all the screens on the FTP task and I don't see a "result node". I do see the result column on the job/task main view, but I don't see anything there accept "Success".

Please clarify further
