I have a switch that supports SNMPv2c. I would like to query the switch via an snmp-get option against the switch.

Can I use VisualCron to do this?

Do I have to compile the switch MIB or anything?

Yes, that is possible with the SNMP Get Task.

If you don't know the MIB address then just download MIB Browser like this:
