New install - Evaluating Product.

VisualCron ver.5.6.9 Build 17920
OS: Windows 2008 R2 Standard Edition

We get BSOD about once per day, different times. Only two tasks scheduled to run. One every 5 minutes, the other every hour.

Any ideas or do I look else where. Below is from the Kernel Memory Dump.

1. Are you running 32 or 64 bit system?
2. what kind of Tasks are you running and what do they do?

Windows 2008 R2 is only 64-bit.

The two tasks execute a program. Currently this program does an SQL query to get further instructions. The query results returned so far simply tell the program to exit.

Normally the query would return with instructions to do other items, like retrieve a file via ftp or email, important into a database, process the information, etc.

I was not aware of the problem until today, and even later before I could trace it down to the VisualCron product. I have since enabled debug logging, but there has not been a crash since then.

Please email results of debug logging directly to support@visualcron.com. We are interested in if there is a specific Task doing this. But I assume you can't reproduce it by just running the Task manually`?
