hi @all,

In my Visual Cron 5.5.5 I use triggers in oder to start a job A when another job B has completed.

One can create such a trigger in the following way:
select any task=>triggers=>add=>event trigger=>visual cron.

Although the trigger is activated and the job B runs every hour, the job A has never been started. In Visual Cron 4 the same configuraiton works perfectly.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

1. is the Job B active?
2. perhaps you are using a Condition on Job or Task level on Job B?
3. is restarting the VisualCron server helping he problem?
4. Please also test a later version like 5.6.9. which have more complex types of Triggers

Thanks for the fast reply.

1) The job B is active
2) No conditions are used in both jobs
I cannot test the points 3) and 4) because this problem affects the production server.

Please turn on extended debugging in Server->Log settings. Then run Task A while you look at the realtime log.
