I am recently getting error's in a task that sends e-mails out. I have not changed anything, and when I test the setting email, it works successfully. Below is the message I am receiving, any thoughts on the issue, please let me know.


Exception in Task: Unaccepted server reply for command HELO CWHTORWIN082 (error code is 421)

One thing to note, if I shut down the client and bring it back online, the first attempt works, the second does not.

421 means that service is not available. And I assume it means the SMTP server. Perhaps it is busy in some way. This can probably be sorted out by looking at the SMTP log file.
