Dear Support,

I am having problem with decrypting the PGP files. I have created a simple (default options) task setup to decrypt any file in "Source" to "Destination" using the "KeyRing", but it keep giving me error "PGP File decryption error: Decompression failed".

With the same keyring I am able to decrypt the file using freeware GPG4win, the funny thing is if I encrypt a file using visual cron using the same keyring and try decrypting it works perfectly fine.

Would someone be able to help please ...

Kind Regards,

Hi,

we tested and got the same error when choosing "Export certificates.." in GPG4win" but it worked when we used "Export secret keys..". Try that and import it (delete any old certificate.

Hi Henrik,

I have tried as per your instruction but the error is persistent, I have also tried pasting the keys manually but no luck.

Can you please advise further ?

There is something wrong about the key - probably not the same key. Try creating a new key using the same tool. Encrypt it with that key and then decrypt with VisualCron.
