I'm using VC server startup trigger to run a .cmd file (with credentials) which starts a .net console.

What settings should I use to be sure not to get an "Interactive Services Detection"?

This does not help - I still get the warning from Windows.

It does work if I schedule the .exe directly from VC. Unfortunately I have to schedule it indirect via a .cmd file.

If I schedule the .cmd file in Task Scheduler as "hidden" it works fine.
