When I try to run VisualCron, I get the following error:

Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\VisualCron\VisualCron - homepage.url. Verify that you have access to that directory.

Why am I getting this error?

This seems to be a result of that the previous installation was not complete. Are you running as an administrator?
