I am trying to set up remote server access but can't get it to work!

Used the Manage servers wizard to add a server. Set up new credentials on both servers. Checked that both are listening on 16444.

Any idea what I have missed or doing wrong?

1. what error do you get when trying to connect?
2. can you telnet to the remote server (screen should become blank when you write:)

telnet ip/servername 16444

Hi,

Thanks for your assistance...now resolved.

I have upgraded VC on one of the servers to align with the other. It is now working as expected.
