we bought a 1 year maintenance for 1-Server license, but when i click on the link for activation http://www.visualcron.com/MyLicenses.aspx  i get the message 'Oops! Something went wrong with the page. The error has been reported.'

The problem is that you are not connected to the same company the license was purchased on. Please update company settings on My pages and join the company. There is one person that needs approve this. His name is Erwin. Please email us if you need further help.
