I am on VisualCron 4

I have a batch file that deletes files after 365 days. If the .exe task doesn't find any files that match that criteria it stores Incorrect Function within the Result field from VisualCron so our Support personnel believe there is an issue. The process works fine if there are files present that meet the criteria. How can I turn off the Incorrect Function result?

Version 4 cannot ignore errors like version 6 so I think you need to fix that error from the application.
