OXY (Occidental Petroleum) owns license to the VisualCron software and appears to have lost the license information. Can we get that again?

Yes, I got it.
Another question. What happens after the 1 year license expires? Will our s/w no longer work?

It will continue working. But you cannot upgrade to new versions and get priority support until you renew the maintenance.
