We use Version 6.1.5 and have a mail trigger activated.

Yesterday evening we receive the folloging error:

As you can see we received the error 3 times. After that the trigger was deactivated. The number of retries is set to 20 with a connection timeout of 30 (seconds?).

Can you please explain me what this error means? And how we can avoid it?!

Hi Susanne,

do you have just this Mail Trigger on this email or several that goes against same email? Do you have extended debugging set to On on this server?

I have only this trigger on this email. And "Extended debug logging" is activated.
