Is there a way to get the correct Xth business day of the month when there are Holidays (which are not considered a business day)?
Example:
July 4th is a holiday and would be considered the 4th business day of July. I have a job that is scheduled to run the 5th business day of each month which would normally be July 5th. But due to the holiday, I would like the job run on July 8th instead, the true 5th business day.
