Hell everyone,

I´ve Confifured the VC to connect at the FTP, and to do the download for some files, but appear one Error.
Plese, check below:

Exception in Task: Unaccepted server reply (error code is 257) 
Error changing to FTP folder: Unaccepted server reply (error code is 257) (257 "/CDR" is current directory)


Could you help me with this issue?

I suggest you use the Tools->FTP explorer to confirm the "real" path to CDR. Navigate to that folder and then copy that exact path from VisualCron to this Task.

Please use the FTP explorer from Tools menu within VisualCron and take a screenshot from that. Also try uploading from that tool as well.

According to the last screenshot your source folder should be / and not /CDR

look the image below..

When I access the FTP Server, I see all folders, but when I click on the CDR, the path continue the same...

In the log of FTP its possible see that I change the folder to CDR.

It seems like the ftp server is not returning information in a standard way. We could try to make a workaround for you but then we need a test account. Please email any details to support@visualcron.com.

Unfortunately, without a test account, the testing for this specific FTP takes too much time as we need to prepare a development environment at your place.
