Within the task flow there is a Task Flow Control "Wait", but to my undersatanding it is meant to retry a failed task until either stopping the job or going to another task. What i think would be a good addition is to have the Wait without the retry options if the Task Condition is not set to On Error...this way within the task you could eliminate the wait task that would normally have to be used.

How i do it now, is that i run a task, and then based on the behind processing, i might have to create another task to Wait say 30 Seconds after the previous task has succeeded...i believe this step could be elimated and just added to the task Flow wait option.
