Hi,

I have run the 7.0.2 upgrade succesfully, however on loading VC the client hangs at 79%. We currently have .Net 4 installed, is this sufficient?

What if you kill the process and start it again. Does it work then?

No, it hangs in exactly the same place again.

Interesting. Please download 7.0.3 and install it:

Then run it. If it hangs - go to the log folder for client log files. You can find that folder by right clicking on the VCTray Client->Client->Log folder.

Please send the file log_clientDATE.txt to support@visualcron.com or paste content here.
