Upgrading a workstation to 7.0.4 and the client crashes after installation has completed. Uninstalled, rebooted, re-installed and still same issue. Made sure to right-click and run as administrator. User is local admin on her workstation.

Win 7 32bit.

Yes, it will. After installing and starting up first time please go to File->Manage client settings->Folders->Log folder. Click open. Then please send the file log_clientDATE.txt to support@visualcron.com

Splash screen loads, but sticks around after hitting 100%

Nothing happens when I click the Client Settings icon.

The log file gets created, but is empty.

What if you go to the VisualCron folder and right click and run VisualCronClient.exe as Administrator?

I think you need to turn on client logging:

1. Go here: C:\Users\<youruser>\AppData\Local\VisualCron\settings
2. edit settings_client.xml
3. change ClientLogToFile to true
4. save and load again - then please send file
