I am trying to use an s3 bucket to upload files to. I have added the bucket to site connections and I get an error that looks like a skydriveserviceclient error. I dont know exactly how to define the amazon bucket im trying to get to either. I can not find any help on this with google or the help file.

Thanks for any help!

I used the connections section for storing credentials and then used a separate task for uploading files.

If the bucket is new and is not in the default region (us-east-1) it can take an hour or so before you can access the bucket using VC.

You can try using the full bucket path but I've never had luck with it: http://docs.aws.amazon.c.../gr/rande.html#s3_region

We have installed the latest version 7.0.7 and still get the skydrive error when trying to use amazon s3.

Exception in Task: Could not load file or assembly 'HgCo.WindowsLive.SkyDriveServiceClient, Version=2.0.2.18067, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=xxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Hi,

please verify this with version 7.0.8. - we could not reproduce this in that version using a Cloud Upload Task (with Amazon S3).
