I don't know. Do you see anything in you VC logs in the VC dir?

Uses Visualcron since 2006.

Not that it should matter but it seems you have a lot of client windows open? Also, please try to close all clients, and restart the VisualCron 4 service to see if it is resolved.

I have closed all the clients and restarted the service but it is still giving me the same error.
