How do I synchronize multiple jobs?

If I have Jobs 1a, 1b, 1c. I would like jobs 1a, 1b and 1c to be completed before starting on Jobs 2a.

How can I achieve this?

There are 3 ways to link Jobs;

1. Use the VisualCron Trigger to start Job based on completion of other Job
2. Use the Job/Task control Task to start a Job (from the Task)
3. Use "Flow" to start another Job
