Hi,

we have VisualCron 5.7.8 installed and are experiencing some crashes which make it neccessary to restart VisualCron, sometimes the server even needs to be restarteted.

Trying to find out the cause we have activated logging in VisualCron and now we would like to access the logfile that has been created (VisualCron.sdf).

When we try to open the file in SQL Management Studio we are asked for a password.

Where can we find the password for the sdf logfile?

Hi Frank,

the log file is encrypted because it may contain sensitive information so the password is not available. However, the information you seek is not in the database log file but in the file log_serverDATE.txt in log directory.
