Does anyone know how I could run an AVAYA CMS .cvsauto script? Windows task scheduler is able to run it...I tried just scheduling it to run the script..but it didn't work. The .cvsauto file connects to our call centers CMS (call management software) and exports data to a text file. I'd like to schedule that to run ever minute.

Should be the same as in the Task scheduler but with one difference that VC may not know which program the scripts are assoicated with. Because of this, you need to but your script engine in the command field and full path to script in argument.
