Dear Support,

We are using 5.7.5 and use the sftp function to download csv file.
After I open the csv file, the file is in UNIX format.

However, when I use another sftp/ftp client program download, the same file is in DOS format.

I would like to know, how to sftp download file in DOS format?
I have tried different transfer type and "raw listing fallback" option. All option were failed to get a DOS format file.
Can you help?

What exactly do you mean? How is the file in UNIX format?

Raw listing does not affect that. Perhaps you are talking about binary/ascii mode in the download settings.

When u open the csv file using many editor (except notepad), most editor can show the file format (UNIX, DOS, MAC) and Code page (ANSI, UTF-8, etc).
Of course, I had change the binary/ascii mode for testing too. But the file I had download still in UNIX format.

If ASCIIMode is set to false (using binary mode) then we do not modify the file in any way.

I would test this with latest version (where this setting is moved to the Connection instead of Task).
