I would like to see how long was the job running since the start, Last Run is great, but I would also like a timer.

You can always use the process viewer in VisualCron. That shows how long a process has been running. In the Process viewer you can view all current running Jobs - and runtime. We can think about adding it to the main window but it is a performance issue.
