Why if I Import Settings (Clear, All), do the Flow->Run Notification settings not import correctly (or export correctly)?

Every time I do this, I still have to go back through every job and every task and select the Run Notification setting.

Ok, not all Jobs and Tasks do this, just some of them. Not sure of the pattern.

And (related), the mail connections are not imported. Why is that?
