Whenever I add a new server to the Web Client server configuration it doesn't seem to save that. How do I give a URL to a user that only directs them to a specific server instance?

You need to logon (top right) to any of the authentication services to keep your settings.

Henrik,

So what is the point of creating the accounts within Visual Cron if you have to use and external Authentication device on the web to save settings?

You have to see it like this:

The web browser acts like a Client and a web page. When you load the Client user interface in the web browser it does not know about Client connections. There is no relation to it. When accessing the browser you are anonymous. In order to not be anonymous you need to use external authentication system. Just like you log on to facebook for various other services. If you do not do that we do not know which servers to list.

Here is my issue. I want to allow development teams to login to a task server via the web client and be able to see their jobs/tasks, execute them, see the output, etc. but I want them to login with a designated login. For example......Server = RDV-TASKSP03 (Not a Local Server) and Credentials : Username=TelusDev, Password= (With Prompt for Login Checked) So it would look something like This in the Main Settings in the Full Client 'TelusDev@RDV-TASKSP03:1644'
So, I was wondering why I couldn't specify a Query String in the web client specifying the connection of choice and it would prompt for password seeing the Prompt for Login box Checked.
Am I missing something? We will end up having roughly 6 task servers throughout the enterprise and different dev groups will be assigned to different servers. I need a way to provide them this type of visibility to their jobs/tasks that can be sent to them via email like a Hyperlink. Any insight you might have will be helpful.
