We just started using Visualcron version 4.2.2, even though we bought it couple of years ago. We are trying to secure ftp a file by watching a folder. but it is failing with the following error.

Error connecting: SecureBlackbox license key is not set. Please pass your (or evaluation) license key to SBUtils.Unit.SetLicenseKey() function in initialization section of your application.


Regular ftp is working file.

I just upgraded to 4.9.40 and still getting the same error. Here is the message from log file.

6/16/2009 3:05:05 PM Err Error connecting: SecureBlackbox license key is not set. Please pass your (or evaluation) license key to SBUtils.Unit.SetLicenseKey() function in initialization section of your application.
If this message appears in design-time, place ElSBLicenseManager component on the form and put the key to LicenseKey property.

It seems to be something specific to your environment. Not sure what it can be. Are you able to test this on another server?

The server I am using doen't have access to internet. Does SecureBlackbox need access to internet to get the license key? The ftp site is an internal site.
